Senior Executive/Executive, Procurement (Attractions & Events)

Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a resourceful and motivated procurement buyer to enable the various business units across RWS by securing the right products and services that support the company's goals. The ideal candidate combines commercial acumen with commodities insight, leveraging market knowledge and intelligence, and supplier relationships to unlock business opportunities, mitigate risk and pursue sustainability goals.

1.Strategic Procurement & Vendor Management

• Lead end-to-end procurement (RFI/RFQ/RFP) for attractions and events-related solutions and services, including sourcing, negotiation, commercial analysis and award recommendations
• Negotiate commercial terms to ensure value-for-money and cost efficiency
• Ensure compliance with corporate procurement policies and processes

2. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement with business needs
• Support cross-functional initiatives such as benchmarking, market intelligence, and Centre of Excellence projects

3. Sustainability & Certification

• Promote sustainability through initiatives like local sourcing and supplier emission reduction programs
• Build knowledge of relevant product certifications
• Support department's sustainability objectives

4. Performance & KPI Achievement

• Drive procurement activities to meet company and team-level KPIs

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Management, Environmental Science, Sustainability or related fields.

Skills

• Prior experience with Ariba or SAP would be an advantage
• Proficiency with MS Word & MS Excel including data analysis and pivot tables
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time, task, and resource management skills
