Job Description

What The Role Is

You will be responsible for (i) managing the schedule of Director (Means-Test Office) and (ii) daily finance and administrative functions of the Means-Test Office.

What You Will Be Working On

You will be required to:

  • raise invoices / journal adjustment voucher to collect charges from the other Government Agencies
  • coordinate and collate various budget returns for the division, including tracking of budget utilisation for the HOMES RF project
  • manage invoices to ensure timely processing of payments for the division
  • support division's knowledge management of key finance documents
  • assist in the preparation and verification of documents for audit
  • perform ad-hoc procurement of services via GeBIZ and other general administrative duties.

What We Are Looking For


  • At least 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience in the Public Service (Preferred)
  • Possess prior experience working on financial management and budgeting in public service.
  • Possess good analytical and solutioning skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel.
  • Attention to details.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise tasks.
  • A team player who demonstrates good interpersonal skills and has high initiative.
  • Motivated and persevering, resourceful and able to work independently and see through projects to completion.
  • Ability to multi-task, handle stress and handle a fast work pace.
