Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll, including salary, overtime, bonuses and other allowances
  • Prepare and monitor employee daily overtime report
  • Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll and employee records
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, e.g. CPF contributions, income tax submissions, statutory claims and other regulatory obligations
  • Prepare payroll reports and documentation as required
  • Stay updated on payroll legislation changes

Key Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resources
  • Minimum three to five years of experience in payroll processing and HRIS management
  • Experience in SuccessFactors and Prosoft
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office elements
  • Good knowledge of Employment Act, CPF regulations and tax requirements
  • In-dept understanding of basic accounting principles and strong numerical skills
  • Highly detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and error-free processing
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills to address payroll-related concerns effectively
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
