Engage with various internal stakeholders to understand project scope and operational needs.
Refine project requirements based on feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and long-term benefits.
Manage and work with contractors and stakeholders to create effective project timelines and scheduling of construction.
Establishing clear milestones and deliverables and track the progress of awarded projects.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid project delays.
Monitor awarded project progress through regular site inspections for quality control.
Identify deviations in project execution and proactively coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve operational bottlenecks.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations for process improvements.
Communicate key updates to internal stakeholders/management for transparency and informed decision-making.
Develop cost data analysis, reporting framework and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations.
Skills & Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Construction Project Management, Interior Design, Engineering or related Building Services.
Experience in running A&A projects and operations will be an advantage.
Experience in Sports, Entertainment, Lifestyle venues and events will be an advantage.
At least 1 to 3 years of working experience, fresh graduates are welcome.
Strong ability to engage effectively with stakeholders on infrastructure-related matters.
Effective team player and people management skills.
Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
