Job Description
1. Staff Engagement
- Execute staff engagement sessions with senior leaders.
- Manage end-to-end logistics including venue setup, invitations, registration, AV support, and refreshments (if applicable).
- Develop talking points and briefing materials to support smooth delivery.
- Collect and analyse data and feedback to improve future sessions and measure engagement impact.
- Support reporting to leadership on programme outcomes and culture pulse.
2. Content Development & Storytelling
- Assist in the development and rollout of communication artefacts to support cultural and transformation initiatives across departments includes drafting writeups, visuals, and short videos.
- Work with internal stakeholders to surface meaningful stories that reflect culture, transformation values, and leadership learning.
- Assist in shaping campaign messages that spotlight values in action and culture milestones.
3. Administrative & Project Support
- Maintain a calendar of engagement sessions and track event metrics (attendance, feedback, follow-ups).
- Support administrative function including budget tracking, procurement, vendor coordination, and documentation.
- Assist in other SPO initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Communications, Public Relations, Organisational Development or related disciplines
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in event coordination, internal communications, or employee engagement will be advantageous
- Familiarity with organizational culture and change management initiatives is an advantage
