As a Senior Executive, your area of responsibilities includes, but are not limited to the following:
- Curate, organize and upload training contents to the online training account
- Maintain the training account to ensure all contents are up to date and accurate
- Respond promptly to the inquiries & feedback from learners
- Design and develop engaging publicity materials for the online training account
- Provide administrative and secretariat support for scheduled meetings
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head of Department and immediate supervisor
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum of 2 years experience in office administration
- Experience with virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams is preferred
- Experience with contents creation on E-learning platforms such as Blackboard is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organisational skills with ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
