The Job

The Senior Executive, E-commerce Operations & Campaigns (APAC) will be responsible for supporting the execution of Mighty Jaxxs e-commerce strategy and event marketing across the APAC region (excluding China). This role will involve hands-on management of e-commerce and offline campaigns, e-commerce and campaign operations, and will collaborate with various internal teams to ensure the success of regional e-commerce and offline (online-to-offline) initiatives. This role will cover both B2B and B2C segments.

This role reports directly to the Sales Director (APAC excluding China), with a dotted line reporting to the Marketing Lead.

Responsibilities

E-Commerce Strategy Execution:

  • Support the execution of the global e-commerce strategy by implementing daily operational tasks specific to the APAC region
  • Collaborate closely with regional teams to ensure alignment with the global e-commerce strategy and adapt plans as needed for local markets

E-Commerce Campaigns:

  • Execute regional e-commerce campaigns for MJI (APAC ex CN), ensuring they are aligned with the global strategy
  • Manage the localisation of campaign content to suit the preferences and behaviours of APAC markets
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights to the global team to optimise future campaigns

E-Commerce Feature Enhancements:

  • Collaborate on the testing and implementation of new e-commerce features and enhancements
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to the global product management team to ensure that the platform meets the unique needs of the APAC markets
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth rollout and functioning of new features

E-Commerce Operations:

  • Handle day-to-day operations for MJI (APAC ex CN), including order processing, customer service coordination, and platform maintenance
  • Work closely with the regional logistics and customer service teams to resolve operational issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Ensure that the e-commerce platform operates efficiently and meets the expectations of APAC customers

E-Commerce Reporting:

  • Generate reports and key statistics to provide insights into the management team to drive data-driven decision-making and optimise business outcomes

Marketplaces:

  • Operationalise strategy for marketplaces, establish operational plans that support the overall objectives, and deliver on annual financial targets
  • Manage brand, store front and product listings and campaigns for Marketplace channels
  • Develop effective marketplace account relationships to grow the business via regular meetings, planning, communication, and road-mapping of execution
  • Generate weekly reporting of marketplaces, identify actionable insights, and create plans to improvise business based on data

Requirements

  • Prior experience in e-commerce, focusing on regional markets across SEA or APAC
  • Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape and consumer behaviour in the APAC region
  • Proven ability to execute online and offline marketing campaigns and manage operational tasks within a dynamic environment
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Experience with regional e-commerce platforms and marketplaces such as shopify
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques specific to the APAC region
  • Ability to speak languages relevant to the APAC region would be a plus
