DORS at Design Orchard, is a leading multi-label retail destination, showcasing the nation's best designers and brands across fashion, lifestyle, art and design. DORS houses over 80 brands in these categories, making it Singapore's largest physical one-stop shopping destination for local labels. With a newly refresh concept store in Orchard Road and an expanding ecommerce store, DORS connects locals, tourists and corporates to unique collections, products and experiences.
DORS is managed by Singapore Fashion Council (SFC), the official association for the fashion industry in Singapore. Our mission at SFC is quite simple: To create A Vibrant Asian Hub for Responsible* Fashion.
About the Role
DORS is hiring a Senior Executive, to drive DORS online revenue growth across Singapore and international markets, strengthening DORS position as a global shopping destination for Singapore designers and brands.
This is a hands-on, individual contributor role with clear ownership of e-commerce performance. The role focuses on increasing discoverability, conversion, and revenue growth through data driven Shopify optimisation, performance marketing, social commerce and customer experience improvements.
Success in this role is measured by GMV growth, conversion rate uplifts, efficient customer acquisition, strong organic visibility, and improved customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
Shopify Storefront Optimisation
- Optimise category, product, collection pages (content, copy, merchandising) for intent-based discovery, organic visibility and conversion across global markets.
- Lead CRO initiatives including A/B testing across product display pages, checkout, homepage, banners, merchandising placements.
- Improving PDP performance, site speed, conversion flow, and checkout UX, with a mobile first mindset.
- Manage Shopify site operations, which may include product uploads, inventory syncing, taxonomy, navigation, mobile UX optimisation, and storefront updates.
- Manage Shopify apps, integrations, and proactivity troubleshoot site for performance issues.
Customer Experience and Retention
- Improve the end-to-end online shopping experience through enhanced UX/UI, clearer navigation, and checkout optimisations.
- Strengthen post-purchase journeys including onsite chat, FAQ clarity, delivery / returns visibility, and trust signals.
- Monitor customer sentiment, behavioural data and conversion blockers to inform continuous optimisation.
Performance Marketing and Digital Acquisition
Partner with Marketing / Creative team:
- To develop growth and customer acquisition campaigns
- To optimise omni-channel paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, relevant marketplaces to drive qualified traffic and sales conversions.
- to develop high-performing ads, shop pages and landing experiences aligned to customer intent.
- Scale acquisition efficiently through audience expansion (local and international), retargeting and funnel optimisation.
- Partner strategically to support SEO, backlinks building and editorial visibility.
Social Commerce and Marketplace Growth
Partner with Marketing to:
- Drive sales performance across TikTok Shop, Instagram Shop, Meta Commerce, LazMall and selected marketplaces.
- Improve product feed quality, live shopping performance, and conversion rates social and marketplace channels.
- Test social commerce formats, creator partnerships, and UGC strategies to improve discovery and conversion.
- Inventory operations team / brand leads on replenishment,
- Merchandising team to ensure assortment competitiveness.
Analytics and Reporting
- Own weekly performance tracking and analysis across GA4, Shopify Analytics, paid media dashboards/ reports)
- Track and optimise core key performance indicators including conversion rates, revenue, customer acquisition costs (CAC), and return on ad spend (ROAS),
- Deliver clear actionable weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 4-7 years of experience in e-commerce, digital growth, or performance marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience managing and optimising Shopify
- Proven track record of driving online revenue growth through conversion rate optimisation, digital acquisition.
- Proficient in GA4, Google search console, Meta Ads manager, TikTok Ads manager.
- Experience in marketplaces and social commerce platforms.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset; comfortable translating data into action.
- Able to operate independently with high ownership while collaborating cross-functionally.
