Job Description

As a key contributor, you will be part of a brand renowned for its bold and effective advertising campaignswork that not only captures attention but also sparks meaningful conversations in today's complex communications environment.

The ideal candidate will operate as both an individual contributor and work with a spectrum of stakeholders within and outside of Marketing - a seasoned digital marketing expert with a strong grasp of the evolving digital landscape, a passion for brand storytelling, and a proven track record in stakeholder management and execution.

This role carries broad responsibilitiesfrom crafting impactful campaigns and compelling storytelling, to safeguarding brand reputation through active listening and community engagement. In addition to these strategic functions, the role includes ownership of key projects and operational tasks that are essential to the team's success.

Key responsibilities include:

Strategic Campaign Leadership

  • Develop and lead the overarching digital campaign strategy, elevating both the thinking and execution of digital initiatives. Ensure all digital activities are tightly aligned with business KPIs and contribute meaningfully to growth and customer engagement.

Integrated Campaign & Content Development

  • Spearhead campaign ideation and storytelling across product and brand initiatives.

Community Engagement & Social Listening

  • Leverage social listening tools to generate actionable insights from brand and campaign mentions, feeding into strategy and content refinement.
  • Manage response protocols for customer queries on social media, working closely with external agencies and internal teams to ensure timely, empathetic, and brand-consistent communication.

Project Leadership & Innovation

  • Drive key strategic projects such as the development of a unified Design System and the rollout of internal influencer programs. Champion consistency, creativity, and innovation across all digital touchpoints.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of work experience in a digital marketing, brand management or digital creative agency role
  • Proven track record of planning and executing multi-channel campaigns
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams
  • Developing and executing digital marketing strategies.
  • Managing SEO, social media, web content and budget allocation
  • Measuring campaign performance (ROI, KPIs)
  • Collaborating with creative, tech, and external partners
  • Staying updated on digital trends and platform changes
