About The Role
Senior Executive, Digital Marketing
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Plan, implement, and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media channels.
- Support SEO efforts through content development, keyword research and optimisation to improve online visibility and engagement.
- Manage and optimise paid and organic digital campaigns to drive performance and ROI.
- Track, measure and analyse the digital and website performance using analytics tools.
- Prepare regular performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations to optimise campaigns.
- Stay updated on the latest online marketing and social media trends to ensure strategies remain current and effective.
- Create engaging, accurate, and brand-aligned content for various platforms including websites, blogs, newsletters, social media, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (specialists or clinical teams) to produce educational and informative content tailored to both professional and consumer audiences.
- Ensure timely publication of high quality, SEO-friendly articles.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and ensure all communications meet corporate and regulatory standards.
- Oversee daily website operations, ensuring all content is accurate and updated.
- Act as a primary point of contact for website-content related projects.
Who Are We Looking For:
- Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in digital marketing.
- Experience in healthcare industry is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other SEO/SEM tools.
- Understanding of website analytics, keyword research, and link-building strategies.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on performance optimisation.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
