Job Responsibilities
Tag Management & Tracking
- Configure and deploy tags using Tealium iQ or other TMS platforms
- Implement and validate data layer elements based on digital measurement plans
- Manage client- and server-side tagging flows for web and mobile apps
- Test and debug tracking issues using browser tools, tag debuggers, or network logs
Analytics & Campaign Enablement
- Support implementation of web/app analytics (e.g., GA4, Adobe Analytics)
- Collaborate with paid media and CRM teams to implement audience tracking and campaign pixels
- Set up URL parameters and campaign tagging structures for accurate attribution
Audience Activation Support
- Translate segmentation logic into CDP activation rules (e.g., Tealium CDP, Adobe Audience Manager)
- Coordinate and QA data push to advertising platforms (DV360, Meta, Google Ads)
- Troubleshoot match rate, ID sync, and activation issues
QA, Testing & Documentation
- Create test cases and validate data capture across digital properties
- Maintain documentation for tagging plans, payloads, and platform configurations
- Escalate structural gaps or implementation blockers to the Solutions Architect
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or other related field
Experience
- 2-3 years experience in digital marketing operations, analytics tagging, AdOps or MarTech platform implementation
- Familiarity with JavaScript, browser dev tools, and event tracking logic
- Hands-on experience with at least one Tag Management System (Tealium, GTM, Adobe Launch)
- Exposure to analytics tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics) and ad platforms (Meta, DV360, CM360)
Other Prerequisites
- Experience with server-side tagging
- Exposure to Customer Data Platforms (e.g., Tealium CDP, Segment)
- Understanding of data privacy and consent management
- Familiarity with API payloads and network debugging (e.g., Chrome DevTools, Postman)
