Job Description

Ensure Compliance to company's policy and procedures
Ensure 6S program is maintained in all workshop and storage areas
Providing day to day leadership and management of the fabrication Team
Participate in LEAN initiatives to improve operational efficiencies to drive operational excellence
Monitor all fabrication operations
Review all WPS prior to work starting and highlight any issues to welders and fitters
Ensure Fabrication work orders are executed per production schedule
Review Technical Drawings and ensure production issues are addressed by the departments

The Requirements:

Min Diploma/ Degree with min 5-8 years of relevant working experience
Prior hands-on experience in welding
Supervisory working experience
