Job Description

  • Permanent position, Salary up to $5,000

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact customers for service reminders, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups to ensure seamless service experiences.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries and issues, ensuring prompt resolution and sustained satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leasing clients to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
  • Strengthen the company's online reputation through active management of Google reviews and customer feedback programs.
  • Conduct service training sessions to promote customer-first practices and improve operational service standards.

CRM & Event Coordination

  • Oversee CRM activities ensuring consistent and effective customer engagement across all touchpoints.
  • Plan and support customer engagement initiatives, including roadshows, appreciation events, and partnership activations.
  • Coordinate CRM initiatives and data management for company
  • Track competitor pricing and market developments to support marketing strategies and maintain competitive offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in customer service or CRM, preferably within the automotive or leasing industry.
  • Strong track record in managing customer relationships and resolving service-related matters effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and results-driven with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
