Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) in managing personal and medical information. Assist the Data Protection Officer (DPO) in aligning operations and communications with PDPA requirements. Prepare for and support internal audits or external assessments related to data governance and protection. Manage the complete lifecycle of data breach incidents for designated clinics, including response coordination, incident investigation, and documentation. Conduct data analysis and prepare presentation materials and reports to assess performance monitoring. Promote organizational recognition of data protection initiatives. Plan and implement educational and awareness campaigns to foster a risk-aware culture. Facilitate risk profiling activities and the deployment of risk management systems. Handle financial and administrative responsibilities to ensure departmental efficiency. Execute additional tasks as assigned by the Reporting Officer (RO) and Head of Department (HOD).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Prior knowledge of PDPA, risk management, or audit practices is advantageous. Flexible, positive mindset with a willingness to acquire new skills. Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Ability to work well in teams as well as independently. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
