Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of strategies to enhance population health within the designated community. Manage project planning, including creating project plans, budgets, resource allocations, and timelines, ensuring deliverables are met. Evaluate the success of implemented strategies, facilitating data-driven improvements in operations. Provide administrative support in building partnerships with stakeholders through effective meeting organization and facilitation. Carry out any additional responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience. Knowledge and experience in project management is advantageous. Familiarity with the Singapore healthcare system and integrated care models is advantageous. Strong analytical and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and buy-in.
