We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented SeniorExecutive (High Performance) to support the planning, coordination, and execution of SBSA's high-performance programmes for both baseball and softball. You will play a key role in managing the high-performance calendar, stakeholder coordination, athlete support, budgeting, compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. High-Performance Planning & Delivery
- Manage and execute the HP training and competition calendar.
- Coordinate local and overseas programmes, including logistics, accreditation, and travel.
- Ensure alignment of HP activities with competition schedules and strategic goals.
2. Stakeholder & Programme Coordination
- Liaise with coaches, team managers, and the High-Performance Committee.
- Coordinate with stakeholders (e.g. SportSG, MOE, SSI, SNOC, WBSC partners).
- Support planning and delivery of competitions, training camps, and international engagements.
3. Budgeting & Compliance
- Prepare and manage HP programme budgets and funding submissions.
- Oversee competition entries, approvals, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure timely submissions via SportSync and other government platforms.
4. Athlete Support Administration
- Manage athlete support schemes.
- Maintain accurate athlete records (profiles, medical, eligibility).
- Coordinate athlete care matters, including injury tracking with SPEXSG.
5. Marketing & Talent Development Support
- Support marketing initiatives to promote HP programmes.
- Assist in athlete recruitment, scouting, and pathway development.
6. Operations & Governance
- Provide administrative and secretariat support for HP and stakeholder meetings.
- Maintain proper documentation, reporting, and SOP compliance.
- Support AGMs and organisational requirements as assigned.
7. General & Ad-Hoc Duties
- Support daily HP operations and special projects.
- Represent SBSA at meetings and official events when required.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Timely execution of HP programmes and calendar.
- On-time submission of athlete data, competition entries, and travel proposals
- Compliance with SportSG, SNOC, and funding requirements.
- Effective coordination of stakeholders and athlete support services.
- Bi-annual reporting on national and youth team progress.
- Regular training and venue visits, and timely asset stock takes.
- Proper documentation and filing in line with organisational policies.

Requirements and Attributes
- Relevant qualification (Diploma/Degree preferred) with experience and passion in sports administration, high-performance management, or event coordination.
- Strong organisational, project management, and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Experience working with government agencies (e.g., SportSG, SNOC, MOE) and international sports federations is advantageous.
- Passion for baseball/softball or high-performance sport is a strong advantage.
