Responsibilities

  • Assist Operations Manager in overseeing the operations, which include warehousing and customer service functions.
  • Ensure activities performed are adhere to ISO, GDPMDS, 5S standards.
  • Lead a team of warehouse and admin personnel to ensure that services provided meet customer's requirements and expectations.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring to ensure program targets are met.
  • Analyze performance and activity indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Control and manage purchases, headcount and overtime.
  • Process mapping for new or changed business requirements.
  • Drive for cost savings and productivity initiatives for customers.
  • Identify and schedule training for warehouse and admin personnel.
  • Ensure staff adhere to operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Possess bachelor's degree in logistics or supply chain.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations and customer service.
  • Positive mindset, team player and high desire for learning.
  • Detail oriented, analytical and innovative.
  • Adaptable to fast-moving work environment.
  • Good knowledge in Warehouse Management System and hands-on experience with handling electronic devices such as RF scanner.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Access, VBA)
  • Practical Experience in using and creating operations dashboards (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and experience in resolving problem creatively.
  • Willing to voice out opinions and share best practices to improve operation performance.
  • Able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
