Job Description

The Consumer Marketing - New Segments role supports the development and execution of differentiated acquisition initiatives for emerging consumer segments. The role focuses on designing proposition-led funnels, supporting experimentation and pilots, and optimising journeys and experiences to improve acquisition quality and scalability.

This role works closely with portfolio leadership, Online, and Channel teams to test new acquisition models, surface learnings, and support recommendations on what to refine or scale.

Key Responsibilities

. Support the design and execution of segment-specific acquisition propositions and campaigns

. Assist in shaping and improving product experience and portfolio relevance for new segments

. Run and support pilots and experiments, tracking performance and iteration outcomes

. Track acquisition and conversion metrics to identify trends and performance gaps

. Work with Online and Channel teams to analyse drop-offs and bottlenecks across funnels

. Optimise conversion quality through journey, experience, and proposition improvements

. Consolidate insights and learning into clear inputs for portfolio and scaling decisions

Requirements

. 4-6 years of experience in product marketing, consumer acquisition, growth, campaign development, or performance marketing roles

. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline

. Experience supporting campaign execution, funnel optimisation, or experimentation

. Proven ability to work cross-functionally with digital, channel, and operations teams

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail

. Comfortable working in fast-paced, test-and-learn environments

. Experience in telco, subscription, or digital businesses is an advantage
