Responsibilities

• Implement and execute the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to ensure superior construction quality throughout the delivery phase. Oversee the inspection and documentation of contractor work to readiness for Temporary Occupation (TOP) and the delivery of quality homes. Conduct Independent Quality Mark (QM) checks on all units and monitor defect rectification during the Defects Liability Period (DLP). Facilitate coordination with internal Customer Service teams for in-house quality inspections. Ensure timely rectification of unit defects within specified time frames. Enforce on-site compliance with the 5-Star Environment, Health & Safety Policy, ensuring contractors meet the highest standards during quarterly inspections.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or related engineering fields. Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in the construction sector, with a focus on quality inspection and project delivery. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Effective human/public relations capabilities and good customer service skills. Ability to manage customer interactions. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
