This role supports the organisation's fundraising efforts by planning and executing fundraising events, developing corporate partnerships, and driving donor engagement to achieve annual fundraising targets.
Plan and deliver Charity Auctions, including Auction Launch and Appreciation Reception to achieve targeted fundraising outcomes
Conceptualise, execute and oversee end-to-end event execution and fundraising initiatives
Develop and manage SME and corporate relationships, converting engagements into sustained sponsorships and partnerships
Identify and implement donation opportunities aligned with organisational needs and donor intent
Secure funding through sponsorships, donation boxes and general appeals
Coordinate volunteer support and cross-department fundraising initiatives
Serve as the point of contact for donation and partnership enquiries
Maintain accurate donor and volunteer data for reporting and future planning
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in fundraising, events management, corporate partnerships or related fields
Minimum Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Public Relations, Events Management, Marketing, or equivalent
Experience in fundraising or sales will be an added advantage
Passionate about serving in the social service sector
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsible, meticulous and results-driven
Able to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively
