Role Overview

This role supports the organisation's fundraising efforts by planning and executing fundraising events, developing corporate partnerships, and driving donor engagement to achieve annual fundraising targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver Charity Auctions, including Auction Launch and Appreciation Reception to achieve targeted fundraising outcomes

• Conceptualise, execute and oversee end-to-end event execution and fundraising initiatives

• Develop and manage SME and corporate relationships, converting engagements into sustained sponsorships and partnerships

• Identify and implement donation opportunities aligned with organisational needs and donor intent

• Secure funding through sponsorships, donation boxes and general appeals

• Coordinate volunteer support and cross-department fundraising initiatives

• Serve as the point of contact for donation and partnership enquiries

• Maintain accurate donor and volunteer data for reporting and future planning

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in fundraising, events management, corporate partnerships or related fields

• Minimum Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Public Relations, Events Management, Marketing, or equivalent

• Experience in fundraising or sales will be an added advantage

• Passionate about serving in the social service sector
