You will play a key role in driving community growth, fostering partnerships, and expanding NTUC LearningHub's presence as a leading community learning solution provider.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Community Engagement and Relationship Building
- Develop strategies to engage communities and expand outreach initiatives.
- Build trust-based relationships with grassroots leaders, community partners, and stakeholders.
- Represent NTUC LearningHub as a dependable and impactful partner.
2. Business Growth and Development
- Support opportunities for partnerships and collaborations.
- Assist in driving lead generation and enrolments for courses through outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with the team to implement new approaches to community learning and development.
3. Partnership Management
- Serve as a liaison for community partnerships, ensuring smooth communication and alignment of goals.
- Coordinate workshops, campaigns, and events tailored to community needs.
4. Event Execution and Leadership
- Assist in the planning and execution of community outreach events, ensuring a positive participant experience.
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration and adaptability within event teams.
- Design key visuals for events, including publicity posters, EDMs, and social media artwork, to support outreach efforts.
5. Data-Driven Impact
- Monitor the success of community initiatives using data insights.
- Suggest improvements to enhance outreach impact and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in business, marketing, communications, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in community engagement, business development, or event/project coordination.
- Experience working with grassroots organisations or in community-driven roles is advantageous.
- Creative thinker with strong organisational skills, capable of transforming ideas into actionable plans.
- Strong relationship-building abilities, adept at engaging diverse stakeholders.
