Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and implement campaigns showcasing programs, initiatives, innovations, and content for social media. Develop and execute plans to enhance staff engagement and strengthen organizational culture. Provide strategic communications counsel, including branding and editorial support for internal stakeholders. Create crisis communications plans and participate in emergency preparedness activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mass communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, or a related discipline. At least three years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment with a successful track record in managing communication campaigns. Strong understanding of effective communication channels and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a creative, meticulous, and results-oriented approach. Ability to manage multiple projects, multitask effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a team-oriented and evolving environment.
