This role required in coordinating strategies, managing transformation initiatives, and optimising clinical services across the various Clinical Service departments to ensure effective patient care and support organisation goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Work Plans, Budget Utilisation and Management:
- Collate the various departmental work plans, capital and manpower budgets
- Monitor respective departments work plans and budgets based on appropriate key indicators with inputs from stakeholders
Resource and Project Management:
- Review and monitor departments strategies, project deliverables and outcomes
- Monitor the various resources allocation and utilisation across departments to ensure projects have necessary resources to succeed
- Provide regular updates and reports on project status, progress and performance
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Support domain events eg, Retreat, team building activities, training and development workshops, departments lunches/dinners, feedback sessions etc.
Quality & Work Process Improvement:
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance department overall efficiency and effectiveness
Other Duties Assigned:
- Collate data and generate reports on other clinical services delivery etc
- Administrative assistance and support for meetings etc
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A Proactive, Detail-oriented, and Collaborative mindset
