Job Description

This role is at the front line of ViewQwest's growth-bringing our broadband experience directly to customers through on-ground roadshows and strategic partnerships. You will plan and execute activations in new estates, community spaces, and partner locations, turning everyday interactions into meaningful conversations and sign-ups.

You will work closely with internal marketing and partner teams to deliver high-impact roadshows and employee offers, while leading and motivating part-time promoters and sales agents on the ground. Tech confidence matters in this role-you should be comfortable explaining broadband speeds, Wi-Fi routers, and mesh setups in a clear, friendly way, helping customers choose the bundle that fits how they live or work.

Success in this role comes from energy, ownership, and the ability to connect-creating trust, representing the ViewQwest brand with confidence, and consistently converting interest into results.

Job Scope

. Plan, organise, and execute on-ground roadshows and activations across malls, new estates, condominiums, corporate sites, and community locations-owning logistics, setup/teardown, and manpower scheduling end-to-end

. Lead and manage part-time promoters and sales agents through daily briefings, coaching, task allocation, roster planning, and on-site performance tracking

. Drive broadband sign-ups across plans and bundles, consistently meeting monthly targets and KPIs

. Engage customers confidently and explain plan benefits clearly, with solid product knowledge across broadband speeds, Wi-Fi mesh coverage, routers, gaming, and WFH use cases

. Activate new homeowner opportunities in newly launched estates and condominiums, generating leads and converting demand on the ground

. Build and manage corporate partnerships (HR, admin teams) to organise workplace roadshows and promote employee broadband plans

. Develop partner channels with property agents, MCSTs, developers, and retailers to unlock new territories and bulk sign-up opportunities

. Work closely with Marketing on promotional messaging, collaterals, and creative engagement tactics to attract traffic and stand out on-site

. Track performance and provide feedback on customer insights, objections, competitor activity, and on-ground learnings to improve future activations

Who We Are Looking For

. Sales-driven and confident engaging customers face-to-face in fast-paced environments

. Strong organiser who can run multiple events smoothly and independently end-to-end

. Natural marketing flair with the ability to attract attention, engage crowds, and pitch offers clearly

. Comfortable leading and motivating part-time promoters and sales agents to perform

. Proactive in sourcing new partners, opening new territories, and tapping new homeowner opportunities

. Tech-savvy and able to explain broadband speeds, Wi-Fi coverage, and router/mesh basics in a simple, customer-friendly way
