Senior Executive

Responsibilities:

• Ensure operational efficiency in InpatientOperations, handle staff matters, improve patient satisfaction and be involvedin administrative affairs involving the Department

• Lead a team of Patient Service Assistants toachieve operational excellence and maintain high standards of patient service,within a section of the Department

• Work closely with various departmentstakeholders to undertake projects for service improvements.

• Be exposed to key areas of hospital operationsto gain a broader view and understanding of hospital management

• Undertake new projects and any other dutiesassigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Degree in any relevant discipline

• 1 to 2 years of working experience(supervisory), preferably in healthcare industry

• Candidates with no prior experience are welcometo apply

• Possess leadership qualities with the ability tomotivate a team

• Good interpersonal & communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Familiarity with working with data is a plus

• Able to multi-task and work in fast pacedenvironment
