Senior Executive, Business Development (LS/JT)

Job Description

• Manage and maintain strategic relationships with key Defence customers, both locally and internationally, to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate cross-functional bid teams in the preparation, development, and submission of competitive tender proposals in accordance with company objectives and requirements.
• Develop customer engagement plans and effective bid-winning strategies to maximize business opportunities and contract success rates
• Conduct tender assessments and evaluations, ensuring full compliance with customer requirements and organizational policies
• Manage the Business Development budget to support business goals and effective resource use
• Liaise closely with customers to understand and manage their operational, technical ensuring alignment of proposed solutions
• Represent the company in customer meetings, industry forums, exhibitions, and business development activities as required
• Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports and management presentation materials
• Willing to travel overseas as required to support customer engagement, business development activities, tender pursuits, and project execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Defence Studies, or a related discipline
• At least 5 years experience in military system related field
• Candidates with hands-on Military or Defence System knowledge will be an advantage
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
• Good knowledge of Defence Industry will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively under tight timelines and manage multiple priorities
