The Brand and Business Development Senior Executive (Housebrand) will be responsible for shaping our brands category and portfolio strategy, and managing the commercial targets for brick & mortar and online channels. He/ she will also be required to:
- Identify consumer needs/ insights, category trends, and commercial opportunities across different channels.
- Lead in-depth analysis of sales data to identify issues and opportunities.
- Develop and implement plans for new product / commercial innovations for the categories he/ she is leading, including campaign and trade activities.
- Drive growth, track performance, and achieve commercial targets for his/ her portfolio; manage A&P budget.
- Work with cross-functional teams, agency, and channel partners.
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant brand / marketing experience in an FMCG company.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and media/ creative agencies is a plus.
- Experience in food category is a plus.
- Experience in trade marketing and working with supermarkets/ grocery chains is a plus.
- Self-starter, resilient, able to deal with ambiguity, and react quickly in a fast-paced environment, can collaborate effectively across teams.
