Senior Executive/ Asst Mger Learning & Devt - OJT & Capability Devt (2 Years Contract)

The successful candidate will be part of the Human Resources Division and will drive the design, implementation and governance of Singapore Airlines enterprise On-the-Job Training (OJT) framework across Business Units (BUs). He/she will partner stakeholders to identify capability needs and strengthen workforce capability through operationalisation of OJT programmes. He/she will also provide learning analytics and reporting to support workforce planning and continuous improvement initiatives, as well as manage government training grants and funding where applicable.
