Responsibilities
Define the Club's competitive edge and craft marketing strategies.
Analyse membership demographics to engage target markets.
Create impactful marketing content that showcase our Club and execute marketing campaigns across various channels to attract new members and retain existing members.
Support membership sales when required - conduct tours and answer queries
Forge strategic alliance with partners/ new partners to expand members benefits, thus enhancing members value.
Participate and lead marketing activities such as road shows and events.
Assist in secretariat support for Membership Sub-Committee.
Execute marketing activities which include working with social media/ marketing agencies on marketing/ social media campaigns.
Assist the Manager in coaching and managing the team
Any other duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements
Diploma with min. 3 years related experience / Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related areas
Strong understanding of Digital and Social Media Campaigns
Excellent written skills with an eye for detail
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Highly motivated and results-oriented
Positive, resourceful and possess a high degree of initiative
