About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our commercial and marketing activities in Singapore. This role is ideal for a junior professional seeking hands-on exposure within the luxury retail environment and looking to build a strong foundation across sales operations, client support, and marketing coordination.
Job Responsibilities:
Sales Support
- Support the sales team with order processing, invoicing, and delivery follow-ups to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain, update, and analyse client and sales data, including KPIs, using CRM, Excel, and internal systems
- Prepare regular sales reports and assist with stock monitoring and product tracking
- Coordinate day-to-day support for customer inquiries and B2B accounts
- Oversee after-sales service coordination to ensure a high level of client satisfaction
- Prepare sales materials such as presentations, product information sheets, and quotations
- Assist in meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-up actions
- Liaise closely with sales, logistics, finance, and retail teams to ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration
Marketing Coordination
- Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, retail activations, and events
- Manage the production and distribution of marketing materials across retail and partner channels
- Prepare marketing and sales support materials, including presentations, product sheets, and visuals
- Assist with content coordination for social media, newsletters, and website updates
- Manage timelines and asset deliverables for shopping malls and external partners
- Support event logistics, Public Relations activities, and KOL/influencer gifting
- Prepare post-activation reports and analyse marketing KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness
- Liaise with the regional marketing team to ensure brand alignment and timely execution
Requirement:
- 2-3 years of experience in sales support, marketing, or retail coordination
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint CRM knowledge is a plus
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of high-end luxury standards and client expectations
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
- Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
