Recruitment Support
Coordinate and schedule interviews and assessments.
Administer written tests where required.
Attend interviews and prepare recruitment documentation.
Liaise with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth and timely recruitment process.
HR Administration
Support onboarding, appointments, benefits administration, leave, and exit processes.
Review and process medical and other employee claims.
Prepare HR reports, trackers, and submissions in accordance with established SOPs.
Maintain proper filing, archiving, and records management in line with data protection policies.
Review existing HR processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
Prior experience in HR and/or administrative support.
Assistant Manager level: Typically 2-4 years of relevant experience.
Senior Executive level: Typically at least 6 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Meticulous, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
Proactive, adaptable, and resourceful.
Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills.
