Senior / Executive / Assistant Manager, Service and Operations (Clinic)

As part of the Polyclinic Management Team, you will work closely with the Clinic Manager and multidisciplinary stakeholders to support the planning, coordination, and smooth daily operations of the polyclinic. You will be involved in optimising manpower and resources, driving operational excellence, and ensuring a seamless patient experience while maintaining cost-effective and efficient service delivery.

Beyond day-to-day operations, you will have the opportunity to contribute to national healthcare initiatives such as Healthier SG, Age Well SG, and Social Prescribing, supporting efforts to improve population health and community care.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead/support the planning, coordination, and implementation of clinic operations and activities.
• Oversee administrative functions, including manpower scheduling, patient flow management, inventory control, and facilities management.
• Partner with clinical, nursing, allied health, diagnostics, and service teams to ensure smooth operations and high-quality patient care.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, productivity, service standards, and operational efficiency.
• Support the development and implementation of new policies, initiatives, and improvement projects.
• Participate in service excellence and quality improvement efforts to enhance patient and staff experience.

• No prior healthcare experience required; comprehensive training will be provided
• Able to commit to a 5.5-day work week (hybrid work arrangement is not available for this role)
