Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager, Product Development

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in theend-to-end product development cyclefor group and individual insurance products

• Performpricing and profitability analysis, including assumption setting and financial modelling

• Prepare and submitproduct filings to regulators, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines

• Develop and reviewbenefit illustrations and product documentation

• Supportproduct implementation, including system setup and cross-functional coordination

• Conductproduct reviews and experience studiesto monitor performance and recommend improvements

• Preparemanagement reports and analysisto support strategic decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related discipline

• Good progress in professional actuarial examinations

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in actuarial/product development within the insurance industry

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel) knowledge of actuarial modelling tools is an added advantage
