THIS IS A 2-YEAR RENEWABLE / CONVERTIBLE CONTRACT ROLE
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive the website revamp for DCS and Museums, working closely with vendors and internal teams to plan the site structure, streamline content, and manage post-launch updates. Focus is on ensuring strong UX/UI, SEO, and brand alignment.
- Curate and manage content calendar for DCS's LinkedIn, driving engagement through timely, relevant updates that resonate with key audiences.
- Manage design and delivery of Annual Report, coordinating content and proofreading to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate across internal teams and functions to deliver projects, ensuring alignment of goals, timelines, and outputs through strong communication and project management.
- Any other tasks/projects as assigned from time to time.
Candidates with experience in the following areas will have an added advantage:
- Familiarity with content management systems and digital tools used for publishing and marketing analysis.
- Familiar with working in fast-paced environment and using creative problem-solving to deliver projects.
- Experience in requirements gathering and translating stakeholder needs into actionable content or digital solutions.
- Understanding of business process re-engineering and ability to support basic KPI tracking and reporting related to digital platforms.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication or related field.
- Fresh graduates from recognised universities with a strong passion for marketing and communications are welcome to apply and will be considered for a Senior Executive position.
