Career Development Program - Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Group Management (Global HQ)

ONE Career Development Program (ONE CDP) was conceptualized with this aim of bringing talents onboard ONE as Liner Business Generalists where they will be developed to learn the intricacies of the business through job rotation among different departments and offices globally.

Successful candidates are required to be functionally and geographically mobile.

As part of ONE CDP Singapore, we are now hiring a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager for Group Management, who will then be further rotated.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Guide and support ONE's agency companies as Region window to implement ONE's strategy
• Monitor agencies activities and performance, obtain necessary approvals as per Delegation of Authority and provide solutions against issues
• Manage ONE's agency cost with regular monitoring of SGA cost (e.g. budget/actual analysis) for ONE's agency companies
• Initiate the improvement idea of bottom-line of ONE's agency companies by analyzing the revenue, SGA cost and cash-flow
• Provide administration work to maintain the agency agreement,corporate profiles and guidelines and other documentations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Economics or equivalent
• 5 years of working experience
• Experience working at Regional HQ or Global HQ, preferred in the back office function
• Ability to work with individuals and groups from diverse cultural backgrounds
• Experience in project management and/or running company, subsidiaries highly advanta
• Positive and initiative mindset
• Strong analytics skills with logical thinking ability
• Future forecasting and planning ability
