Job Description

The Job:

The Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager, International Relations supports the operation and relationship management aspects of SGH's international patient services. The role drives and manages international patient referral initiatives, build strategic partnerships with overseas healthcare providers and insurance partners, and enhance SGH's reputation as a leading tertiary care center for international patients.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with overseas partners, including insurance and healthcare providers
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities in key regions
  • Support outreach strategies to attract international patients
  • Prepare business development plans, forecasts, and performance reports
  • Organise inbound and outbound engagement activities such as webinars, seminars, study visits and follow-up communications
  • Manage International Patient Experience Coordination, which includes liaising with internal and external stakeholders as well as replying to enquires
  • Maintain SOPs and ensure compliance with institutional policies
  • Support ad-hoc projects/tasks under the Global Impact and Patient Liaison Offices

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, marketing, communications, hospitality, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in business development, patient/customer services, partnership management or equivalent, preferably with healthcare or international market knowledge
  • Experience working with regional partners or overseas stakeholders is preferred
