We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our analytics and evaluation team at NUHS Regional Health System Office.In this role, you will lead data analysis projects, develop analytics solutions, and work closely with stakeholders to drive data-informed decision making. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in healthcare analytics and evaluation while growing your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end data analysis projects and evaluations to deliver high-quality analytics solutions
  • Support the development of analytics and evaluation frameworks and research methodologies
  • Conduct statistical analyses to support organizational decision-making
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytics solutions
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards using advanced analytics tools
  • Ensure adherence to data governance standards and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven initiatives
  • Design and implement data pipelines and automated reporting solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in analytics
  • Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools (R, Python, SQL, Tableau)
  • Demonstrated experience in project coordination and stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex findings clearly
  • Strong understanding of data protection and governance principles
  • Experience in healthcare analytics preferred
  • Knowledge of Singapore healthcare system is an advantage
