Salary: $3,000 to $5,500 (based on experience)

Job Description

This role supports the organisation's capability development agenda by driving and managing Human Resource (HR) development initiatives, including learning and development programmes, employee engagement activities, and core HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

As part of the team, you will:

  • Implement capability development programmes and employee engagement initiatives (e.g. town halls), including designing and delivering effective, employee-centric communications

  • Support HR operations such as onboarding and employee engagement activities

  • Manage the end-to-end Learning & Development (L&D) cycle, including programme curation, vendor sourcing, enrolment, and post-programme evaluation

  • Assist in implementing HR systems and process improvements to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency

  • Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives, contributing flexibly to the broader goals of the HR team

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in HR development, Learning & Development, or employee engagement

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Excellent coordination and project management abilities, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience in marketing collateral design (e.g. Canva) is an advantage
