Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor port situation and manage berth arrangements for ONE vessels to optimize operational and cost efficiency
- Improve stowage planning and shorten vessel port stays to improve turnaround time
- Ensure optimal berth planning and allocation for ONE vessels
- Maintain close coordination with terminals and local teams to ensure seamless operations
- Take part in innovation, cost saving initiatives and bunker wastage avoidance activities
- Drive digital transformation to improve operational efficiency
- Support in any tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Maritime, Supply Chain, Logistics or any relevant discipline
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in shipping vessel operations
- Experience handling vessel operations or stowage planning in the container shipping industry
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges
- Good time management skills and able to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Adaptable and able to work well in a team
