As a member of the Facilities Management team at Paragon, your job scope includes the following:
Assist the Facilities Management team in managing the operations and building maintenance
To monitor term and adhoc maintenance contracts for soft services including assist in renewals
Conduct regular inspections to ensure that the standards of housekeeping, security and M&E services are met
Manage and monitor term contractors for housekeeping, pest control, waste disposal, security and carpark services
Oversee and manage carpark operations, including preparing of reports, processing season parking
Provide administration support including processing purchase orders and invoices, maintaining department files
Submit insurance claims
Assist in drafting of circulars to tenants and preparation of management reports
Proactively identify work flow improvements to increase the team's and own's productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:
Min Diploma in relevant field
Minimum 2 years experience, preferably in commercial facility management
Team player with good communication and organization skills
Proficient in MS Office
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Experience/Certified in Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) will be an advantage
