Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the company's liaison with government (e.g. MOH) and agencies on emergency planning.
- Ensure all clinics are ready to respond to civil, health, or national emergencies.
- Support emergency planning for new polyclinics (infrastructure and training).
- Organize drills, exercises, and staff training to test and improve emergency SOPs.
- Represent company in security matters under government's Security Framework.
- Propose, implement, and review security measures across polyclinics.
- Lead the Company Security Committee and collaborate with SPF for awareness activities.
- Conduct security drills (e.g. bomb threats) and coordinate relevant staff training.
- Advise on security planning for upcoming facilities.
- Promote data-driven decision-making in emergency and security operations.
- Develop and maintain KPIs and performance reports.
- Participate in national EP workgroups and exercises (e.g. Ex RAVEN, DSMC Ops).
- Represent company in Whole-of-Government emergency initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Fresh graduates with internship or project experience in operations management, business continuity, emergency preparedness, security, or government-related work are welcome to apply.
- Solid knowledge of emergency planning and crisis response protocols.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- A proactive team player with professionalism, integrity, and strong stakeholder engagement ability.
Note: Salary is negotiable depending on years of relevant experience and qualification.
