- Support outreach, alumni engagement, and communication activities for the department
- Support the operations of the undergraduate programme
- Support the department's IT-related matters
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a background in Communications, or Public Relations is a plus.
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience in communications, or related functions is an advantage.
- Proficient in social media management, content creation, and digital tools; comfortable using AI applications and other technology platforms.
- Strong IT skills and experience working with systems, databases, or web platforms.
- Well-organized, creative, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
