Job Description

1. Support outreach, alumni engagement, and communication activities for the department
2. Support the operations of the undergraduate programme
3. Support the department's IT-related matters

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline a background in Communications, or Public Relations is a plus.
2. Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
3. Experience in communications, or related functions is an advantage.
4. Proficient in social media management, content creation, and digital tools comfortable using AI applications and other technology platforms.
5. Strong IT skills and experience working with systems, databases, or web platforms.
6. Well-organized, creative, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
