GENERAL SUMMARY
Reporting to the Deputy Head of HCSA Highpoint, the Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Community Engagement is responsible for the supporting services towards the integrated care of the programme. This position supports a range of community relations and partnerships that supports the reintegration of residents.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Community Relations and Outreach for AIMS
a) Responsible for delivering the community relations activities and initiatives for HCSA Highpoint to support its residents
b) Plans and executes community engagement activities, events and its communications or presentations for HCSA Highpoint, and liaisons with its community leaders and volunteers.
c) Develops and maintains partnerships with community agencies and partners that supports or complements the mission and interests of HCSA Highpoint
d) Executes the media and communication duties in partnership with HCSA's Strategic Communications
e) Leads or supports volunteer activities of HCSA Highpoint relating to community & corporate engagement activities and events.
2. Resource Development and Volunteer Coordination
a) Identifies and engages potential partners who can contribute and support HCSA Highpoint's operations and maintains communication lines to ensure collaboration is developed and enhanced.
b) Coordinates the pool of resources and activities from the community that supports HCSA Highpoint and its throughcare initiatives to reintegrate our residents
c) Supports to ensure the effective overall administration and sound fiscal management of donations/funds restricted to HCSA Highpoint (e.g. discretionary funds).
d) Works closely with the Deputy Head to support the volunteer relationship system, including recruiting, onboarding, support, training, coordination, evaluation and appreciation.
e) Supports volunteering activities relating to community & corporate engagement activities/ events to residents.
3. Volunteer Management System
a) Work closely with HCSA's volunteer manager to maintain the VMS to ensure efficient and accurate management of volunteer data with detailed records for HCSA Highpoint.
b) Work closely with the IT or digital transformation team to address any bugs, errors and process mechanics in the VMS.
c) Utilise VMS to capture and analyse volunteer data for insight-driven decision making
d) Produce reports and analytics on volunteer-related outputs such as type of volunteering, numbers and hours.
e) Work closely with the incare team to identify needs and trends to develop new initiatives involving volunteers
4. Others
a) Provides administrative support including scheduling, minute-taking, and basic finance tracking (e.g. stipends, reimbursements, honorariums).
b) Supports with data collection and analysis of HCSA Highpoint for reporting of outcome measurement for HCSA and funders
c) Performs any other duties as required by the nature of the position as assigned by supervisor from time to time
