Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Central Warehouse Distribution

Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for Stock Discrepancy Management, including monitor 3PL processes- Pick & Pack, Cycle count, Put Away & Stock Return processes
2. Liaise with Healthcare Clusters/ Strategic Procurement team on SKU contracts, CAF, CGH contracts drawdown, adhoc PO
3. Issue Scheduling Agreement & Scheduling lines to vendors
4. Resolve OOS (out of stocks) and perform stock replenishment from vendors
5. Coordinate with ZP & vendor for the supplies delivery activities
6. Monitor incoming shipments, report on warehouse inventory health status vs consumption and aging stocks
7. Review the cycle count results and conduct periodic audits on 3PL during cycle count at 3PL permises
8. Drive and reinforce with 3PL for continous improvements for Putaway, Picking & Packing & Stock Return process with 3PL to achieve high stock accuracy and ensure 3PL meet the service levels set for the Department of Correctional Health (DCH)
9. Prepare Stocktaking and stock adjustment paper for Senior Management's approval
10. Perform stock reconciliation between ALPS SAP & WMS and reconcile any transactions discrepancies between 3PL, Central Warehouse Distribution (CWD) and Clusters
11. Be responsible for New system Set-up Planning and perform system UAT
12. Support in develop and document SOP/Work Instruction (WI), workflows & training materials
13. Co-ordinate with vendor for 1 to 1 exchange of stocks/ credit note for product recall
14. Publish monthly CWD KPIs in Dashboard
15. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements

1. Diploma / Degree with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Logistics & Supply Chain
2. Excellent written, interpersonal and oral communication skills
3. Prior experience in warehouse operations and inventory management
4. Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
5. Advance Knowledge in Microsoft office Excel, Access, Office 365
6. Hands on experience in S4 HANA, SAP MM module or similar ERP system
7. Good understanding of inventory management techniques
8. Armed with good leadership skills
9. Experience in Healthcare/ Pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage
