Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Digital Transformation to drive the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of digital systems supporting Facilities Management & Engineering (FME).
The role is responsible for business process transformation, Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP) and Enterprise Asset Management (Maximo) system implementation and optimization, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement initiatives across Facilities Management & Engineering (FME). The incumbent will serve as the business lead for process design and system enhancement initiatives involving maintenance management, procurement, inventory management, and financial workflows.
The successful candidate should possess strong experience in maintenance operations, asset management, procurement, inventory management, and finance-related business processes, and be capable of translating operational requirements into practical and scalable digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
SAP & Maximo Implementation, Stabilization and Support
- Support the successful implementation, testing, deployment and stabilization of SAP and Maximo solutions.
- Act as a key business representative during system configuration, SIT, UAT, training and go-live activities.
- Work with System Integrators, IT teams and business stakeholders to validate process flows, system functionality and business requirements.
- Coordinate issue resolution, defect management and enhancement requests throughout implementation and post-go-live phases.
- Support future SAP and Maximo enhancement projects, upgrades and integrations.
Business Process Design & Governance
- Analyze, review and optimize business processes across maintenance, asset management, procurement, inventory management, finance and contract management functions.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to establish standardized business processes and governance frameworks.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, business rules and operating procedures.
- Ensure processes comply with organizational policies, audit requirements and operational objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, workflow redesign and digital technologies.
Enterprise Asset Management & Maintenance Operations
- Partner with maintenance and operations teams to improve work management, preventive maintenance, asset lifecycle management and resource planning processes.
- Support the development of asset management strategies through effective use of Maximo capabilities.
- Review maintenance KPIs, work order performance, asset reliability data and operational reporting to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure system solutions support maintenance best practices and operational excellence objectives.
Finance, Procurement & Inventory Process Excellence
- Work closely with Finance, Procurement and operational teams to optimize end-to-end processes including: Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory Management, Material Management, Vendor Management, Budget Tracking, Cost Allocation & Asset Capitalization
- Ensure SAP and Maximo systems support effective financial controls, reporting accuracy and operational requirements.
- Support the development of dashboards, analytics and management reporting to facilitate data-driven decision making.
- Ensure system solutions support maintenance best practices and operational excellence objectives.
Stakeholder & System Integrator (SI) Management
- Act as the key liaison between business users, IT teams, System Integrators and external vendors.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, validate solutions and drive stakeholder alignment.
- Manage competing business requirements and help stakeholders achieve consensus across multiple functions.
- Monitor SI deliverables and ensure solutions meet agreed business expectations.
Digital Transformation & Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to leverage digital technologies, automation and data analytics to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
- Support the development and execution of FME's digital transformation roadmap.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that improve operations and asset performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across business processes, systems and reporting capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Facilities Management, Supply Chain, Finance or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in SAP, Maximo, digital transformation, enterprise systems, maintenance operations, asset management, procurement or related functions.
- Experience participating in or leading SAP and Maximo implementation, upgrade or enhancement projects.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across operations, finance, procurement, IT and external vendors
Required Skills

- Experience with both SAP and Maximo platforms.
