In This Role, You Will Be Required To
- Innovate and Launch Branded Cargo Solutions
Develop and introduce new products and services with distinctive branding to capture emerging opportunities. These offerings should reinforce SATS Cargo's reputation as the premier ground handler in Changi Airport.
- Lead Operational Excellence for E-Commerce and Value-Added Services
Lead a high-performing operations team within Cargo Terminal Operations to accelerate the implementation of new value-added services. Champion operational excellence by introducing work improvement initiatives through process studies, with a strong focus on staff deployment and development, technology adoption, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Expand Revenue Streams through New Customer Segments
Identify and pursue new customer segments and business opportunities to drive revenue growth and profitability. Focus on expanding new and emerging service verticals that complement our core cargo operations.
- Implement Projects and Marketing Initiatives to Meet Financial Goals
Design and execute strategic projects and marketing campaigns that align with budgetary targets and financial objectives, ensuring measurable impact and sustainable growth.
- Strengthen and Grow Relationships with Clients and Partners
Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with both new and existing clients, as well as service partners, to enhance collaboration, customer satisfaction, and long-term business success.
Key Requirements
- Degree holder with strong analytical abilities and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess minimum 3 to 5 years of business and product development experience, complemented by strong project management skills, ideally in ecommerce fulfillment or air cargo logistics
- Delivers quality results within tight timeframes
- Resultsoriented selfstarter with a proven ability to work independently
- Capable of leading and coordinating operations to fulfil customer requirements
- Aspires to advance a career in air cargo through business development and operational roles
