Job Description

The (Senior) Executive Assistant will provide operational and administrative support to Group Contact Centre and ensure the department's administrative matters are managed expediently and smoothly.

  • Maintain calendar/schedules andcoordinate appointments, meetings andany other official engagements.
  • Liaise with internal and externaldepartments to coordinate meetings andassist to organize events.
  • Maintain proper filing and archival systems.
  • Take charge of incoming and outgoingcorrespondences.
  • Prompt collation and printing of materialsbefore meetings.
  • Compile information and data intoreports/email for the department.
  • Manage administrative processes related toonboarding of new staff,procurement/replenishment of department stock items (stationery, paper etc), bookingof facilities and timely submission ofclaims/payments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in clerical and administrative duties
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good understanding of accounting and figures will be preferred
  • Able to work independently
