Senior Executive Assistant, Business Office

Overview

Process and monitoring of Civil Service Medical Claims Pro-ration system (CCPS) and the Medical Claims Pro-ration System (MCPS).

Job Descriptions

• Process claims for Medisave, Medishield Life and PMI
• Liaise with Medical Record Office, internal and external parties on claim's related queries
• Work with Clinician, Nurses or Operations colleague to retify error cases
• Monitor payment from MCPS payment agency
• Adjust errors generated from MCPS payment

Job Requirements

• Diploma qualification from local polytechnics in any field of study
• At least two (2) years of relevant work experience is preferred.
• Proficiency inMicrosoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word experience with SAP is an added advantage.
• Experience in healthcare operations or a healthcare environment would be beneficial.
• Strongorganizational skills with attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a teambased environment.
• Demonstrateseffective verbal and written communication skills.
• A motivated and proactive individual who approaches challenges with a positive attitude
