Inflight Bill Monitoring

  • Follow up with patients for payment via call, email and sending of invoices/SOA
  • Proactive referral of patients to MSW
  • Proceed with legal recourse as part of the debt recovery process
  • Reporting of errant employers who are refusing/defaulted payments
  • Follow Up Post Discharge outstanding bills.
